Assistant Director of Nursing - Singapore - Cadmus Resources
Description
You will plan, coordinate and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Department that are aligned to the organization's strategic plan.
You will also lead and manage the operations including the implementation of clinical practices, review of nursing audits, service quality activities, new technologies utilization and etc.
In addition, you will lead a nursing team to manage staffing needs and conduct ward rounds as well as mentor/supervise nurses in their clinical practice, and participate in hospital committees/projectsRequirements:
