Our client is a leading company in energy and infrastructure and is looking to recruit a General Manager of Project Finance.

【 What you will be doing 】

Responsible for designing, negotiating, and arranging project finance documents, modelling, and hedging schemes of greenfield, earlystage brownfield, mergers, and acquisition energy projects portfolio development
Scope shall be including but not be limited to gas, associated gas infrastructure, and wind/solar/energy storage opportunities
To include all development workstreams, team management (whether direct reports or functional as associated with applicable projects and /or portfolios), risk management required in relevant energy project development, and coordination and collaboration with all related functions (e.g. legal, financing, market advisors, EPC, government officials, etc.)
Develop and implement creative project financing and deal structuring to differentiate the platform from competitors in the market
Support business development efforts proactively and in conjunction with the broader team; utilize experience and industry relationships to develop new opportunities, as well as to contribute to raising the corporate value of the Company

Requirement:

Possess Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or a related field
Extensive years of experience in Project Finance for largescale Energy or related projects in Asia
Proven ability to structure complex financial transactions (including tax, and equity structures), with a clear understanding of potential legal and credit issues, as well as an appreciation for the associated origination, operational and technical implications
Experience in designing, negotiating and executing structured financings associated with the development and sales of energy assets; experience in energystructured financings required in all sectors
Good understanding of energy markets, policy and regulations, vendors, consultancy service providers and power economics in Asia
