If you tick all the boxes above, we are looking for you Participants of our Management Associate Program will be assigned a variety of different tasks, which brings the chance to build up a network and gather technical expertise.

Special curated trainings, buddy system and On-the-job-training will help you develop your social, technical and personal skills.

The Management Associate Program generally runs for 2 years and over the course of the program, you'll be assigned to various stations within the department.
