roject-initiatives/owne r to drive or Initiate process change, change requests and projects to steer towards target process. Develop strategies and actions plan to move towards target process. M

aintain documentation of global policies, procedures and provide know-how sharing or training. Continuously improve, centralize business processes documentation and support process audits. S

rovide and establish project-wide standards, a community platform for Change Management. D
-
efine the central solution , assure change management execution and monitor compliance of the process stability. R
- esponsible to define and support manufacturing label processes. Ensure process stability, system integration and process compliance with predefined measurement. K

ey interface to business users, technical expert/architect to define target solution, and based on use cases, able to incorporate local requirements into the processes and tools

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
- achelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology or equivalent specialising in process/system automation & digitalization m

ore than 5 years of experience in a related business analysis role, including experience with SAP APO, Revenue and Supply chain (S&OP, ERP) databases H:

ighly organize and objective-driven personality with good people management and interpersonal skill E

- xperience in P
roject Management will be added advantage P
- assionate with data and process optimization. S
- trong analytical, problem-solving skills and objective driven personality E
- xcellent communication/interpersonal skills and good team player A
- bility to take initiative and to work well without close supervision K

nowledge in SQL, Tableau, Business Objects, SAP, and MES software will be an added advantage
