About the Job


The Integration Project Management Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the successful integration of various business units, systems, processes, and technologies within an organization.

This role involves developing and executing integration strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of projects with the overall business objectives.

The Director will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, scalability, and synergy through effective project management and communication.


Responsibilities

Stand-up combined org structure

  • Overseeing consistent implementation of org design principles (span of control, separation of service and sales, revenues/FTE, etc.)
  • FTE reductions as we remove duplicate roles, find new efficiencies, etc.
  • Change management training, new leader assimilation, town halls, manager forums
  • Enabling crosscompany managers to navigate 2 different ecosystems: expectations, processes, systems how to simplify, appoint delegate, etc

Financials Management

  • Combined 3YP (3 year Plan) and OP24 (Operating Principles 2024) process
  • Implement and enforce a single E2E billing and collections process across the combined business
  • Proposal and contract approval flow, consistent across both businesses.
  • Tracking integration cost savings, actions, progress, status

Business Management

  • Account segmentation every client or prospective client assigned to a seller
  • Fast track new value proposition from combining MI/RMS / Full View act as linking pin between client facing teams, product, operations, etc. to create immediate opportunity Q4

Harmonize employee experience.**- Coordinate with Real Estate to review the office consolidation plans around APAC region to ensure right decisions are made, in a coordinated manner involving the right level of leaders.

  • Workday integration work required to transition us from multiple platforms to single Workday platform + SmartRecruiters (TA)
  • MS collaboration tools ensuring that systems are working, collaboration is possible

Integrate/Build culture

  • Iintegrating and building our new culture eg. ERG, People & Planet Day, Engage results, etc.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a strong focus on leading complex integration initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing crossfunctional teams and driving projects to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Indepth understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and software for project management and communication.
  • Industryspecific knowledge related to the organization's business area is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
