Job responsibilitiesDevelop the group's strategic procurement plan in accordance with the group's strategic development plan and lead the team to execute it.

Establish and ensure the rationality and compliance of the group's procurement system processes.
Coordinate internal and external resources to construct procurement information platforms and enhance efficiency.
Coordinate procurement activities, implementing cost control, performance management, and supplier management.
Manage the daily operations of the supply chain team and oversee talent development and training.
Job responsibilitiesMinimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management.

Preferred experience in engineering-related supply chain management, with additional expertise in industries such as automotive, construction, data centers, and IT.Demonstrate leadership in managing large teams and able to foster team culture and talent development.

Possess quick thinking, strong adaptability and goal-oriented mindset.
