- Ability to multitask and handle the job properly
- Provide office administrative support
- Coordinate with vendors if needed
- Assist agency's event, activity related matters
- Run errands for Director as request
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma holder
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic in Microsoft Office
- Good team player with positive attitude
- Being bilingual in written/spoken both English and Mandarin will be an advantage
