About The Role
We are looking for a digital savvy Community Associate to take control of our online voice and build brand awareness and loyalty.
The Community Associate will be responsible for aligning company communications, PR, social media and marketing content to create a strong brand identity.
More importantly, He/ she will also be assisting in creating and executing exciting events centred at building strong communities and meaningful programmes.

Key responsibilities
- Assisting with creation and execution of community programmes and events
- Liaising with vendors, partners and stakeholders for events and programmes
- Assist in developing a content plan by creating engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters and videos
- Interact with community members and online community and respond to comments and requests
- Running and analysing web traffic, social media and relevant community metrics
- Assist with liaison with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation
- Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within community
- Always up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry
- Assist community team with FOH duties
- Welcoming patrons to The Co.
- Representing current programs and upcoming events
- Responding to ( and directing) exciting ideas and enquiries
- Connecting partners and members to enhance networks and events
- A degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing or related field may be required
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Tik Tok is essential
- Experience in managing event logistics and partners
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Knowledge of Hubspot or similar programs to manage online postings on different platforms

$3, $3,700.00 per month
