Description

We are looking for an experienced
Customer Support Executive to join Leica Geosystems, a part of Hexagon AB that provides innovative solutions for the Surveying, Buildings, and Heavy Construction industries.


ABOUT THE ROLE:


The Customer Support Executive will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Sales Unit Singapore team and handle post sales activities related to order processing and delivery, sales support, service of equipment and logistics.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Support

  • Main focal point between sales team and customers to ensure smooth daytoday business operations using SAP (Sales Order Module)
  • Ensure that customer orders and transactions are processed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries and provide professional customer support
  • Liaise with Singapore Finance team and monitor customer accounts as required
  • Manage and maintain Sales Unit Singapore inventory and loan equipment for events, exhibitions, training etc.
  • Manage and support administrative elements of exhibitions, training sessions, external and internal customer meetings
  • Generate and disseminate reports from SAP as required
  • Prepare the supporting documents to facilitate audit purposes
  • Perform other tasks which may be assigned from timetotime
Service

  • Main focal point between service team and customers to ensure smooth daytoday business operations.
  • Receives incoming equipment for servicing and maintains close contact with customer regarding completed equipment collection or delivery
  • Incharge of technical service quotations, billing and coordination with the Central Technical Service team
Logistics

  • Manage delivery and collection of equipment for sales and service departments
  • Liaise with sales team to maintain optimum stock levels
  • Ensure timely goods arrival and dispatch to customers
  • Liaise and interface with Distribution Center Singapore Customer Service as required to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
  • Perform year end stock count & ensure the safeguard of inventory

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Minimum Diploma with 3-5 years of customer service and order processing experience
  • Good knowledge of sales and customer service techniques
  • Relevant experience in organizing & planning for trainings, exhibitions & internal and external meetings
  • Must have experience with SAP preferably S4 Hana
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional PC skills with demonstrable knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Demonstrable ability to work well in teambased environment as well as independently
