Key Responsibilities:

Training Preparation:Develop age-appropriate training sessions in line with EuroAsia FC's coaching methodology.
Customize training programs to cater to the specific needs and skill levels of the youth players.

Engagement and Leadership:Actively engage and motivate players during training sessions, fostering a positive and inspiring learning environment.
Lead by example, demonstrating dedication, commitment, and professionalism.

Dynamic Session Creation:Create dynamic and interactive training sessions that promote skill development, tactical understanding, and game intelligence.
Incorporate innovative coaching methods to keep players engaged and motivated.

Assist in Planning and Preparation:Collaborate with the coaching staff to plan and prepare training sessions and match strategies.
Contribute to the development of season-long coaching plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum coaching certification at the relevant level (e.g., AFC C License or equivalent).
• Strong passion for youth development and coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of football coaching methodologies and player development.
• Ability to adapt coaching techniques for various age groups.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive training environment.
• Previous coaching experience with youth players is preferred.
