Planner - Singapore - ACER COMPUTER (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD
Description
Responsible in planning and purchasing of stocks based on sales forecast.- Coordinate with HQ regarding PO issues, stocks, shipment information, PO validation, changes in master system, etc.
- Plan and purchase material and delivery coordination with suppliers and forwarders to ensure ontime delivery.
- Identify slow moving and redundant stocks to ensure that stock level are maintained at optimum level.
- Involve and prepare meetings, to plan and coordinates resources to meet sales requirement.
- Review inventory and submit forecast report to HQ.
- Effectively use of ERP system to manage high numbers of material SKU.
- Process requirements for key components shipping and management.
- Raise CN requests in internal finance system.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to multitask, maintain tight deadlines and work under pressure with a positive attitude at all times.
- Good presentation skills will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Meticulous, with excellent analytical skills.
