Role:
IT Project Manager (Infrastructure)


Job Responsibilities:
a) project management and governance, ensuring performance and
fulfilment of contractual obligations

b) provide maintenance and technical support for Collection System as part
of Authority's project management office, which

include:
i. Provide operational and technical support, perform continuous
review and recommend improvement to the project, system or
business process;
ii. Manage, review and ensure compliance by the contractor on the
customer's policies and manuals
iii. Review and validating test cases and results for enhancements to
ensure that requirements are met.

c) assisting in coordination works with the company's stakeholders and
appointed contractors;
d) coordination and facilitating audit reviews conducted by the Authority, any Government agency or any 3rd party vendor(s) authorised by the Authority;
e) review and track deliverables by the Authority's appointed contractor
managing the Collection System to ensure the compliance with relevant
policies and guidelines and to identify and close compliance gaps, which


include:
i. Timely review of project deliverables and monthly reports to
ensure the completeness for acceptance; and
Ensuring system and operation processes are compliant with IM8
& Security policies.

f) performing impact analysis of all system modifications or new
requirements on the functionality, performance and security of the
systems

g) maintaining and managing standards, works
and processes, which

include:
i. Contract and project administration, project assets and logistic
support; e.g. onboarding and offboarding of contractors
maintaining the System, review of accounts and
accesses, raising of necessary service requests, etc.;
ii. Review and tracking of project works
iii. Participatation and support in incident, troubleshooting, testing
and verification of reported issues, incidents and to follow up with
the contractor, stakeholders and business users to ensure timely
escalation where required and completion and closure of the
issues or incident;
iv. Project stakeholders management, arranging and coordinating
project meetings, project minutes management, meeting room
administration, etc.

h) performing hands-on development as part of exploration of new
technologies/products and automation of existing processes. management tools


Requirements:

a)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree will be preferred.
hands-on' knowledge and experience in end-to-end Software
Development Life Cycle;
c) Good understanding of IT infrastructure knowledge;
e) Strong understanding of project lifecycle; and
f) Experience with Project Management Office support and stakeholder
management.
