- Maintain inventory accuracy between Bollore and Customer's WMS system
- Data compilation and reconciliation related reports
- Accurate monthly billings
- Achieve and maintain consistent service specific key performance indicator
- Provide good customer service at all times
- Conduct regular cycle count or annual stock take
- Lead a team of Customer Service Officers/Executives and work with warehouse team to fulfil commitment to customers
- Lead key contact for customer in Logistics related field
- Prompt reply for customers' queries
- Proactive to implement customer specific improvement program
- Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore's Code of Conduct and Regulations
- Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore's Values in daily work behaviours
- Plan and monitor team performance including giving coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
- Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
- Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
- Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team
- Diploma and above
- 3-5 years of Logistics experience, 3PL is preferred
- Ability to speak well confidently and build rapport with customers
- Good MS Excel skills
- Strong mentality and interpersonal skills
