We are a successful start-up and running the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore, with room for growth and we are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support the playground day-to-day operations and assist in manage multiple communication platforms & channels.

Job Description:

Your Roles:

Handle daytoday enquiries and feedback from various channels
Responsible for the logistics arrangements of the orders on various ecommerce platforms
Coordinate and liaise with the various teams to resolve issues that arise
Analyse the data collected from enquiries and feedback to improve the solutions available
Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the teams when requested

About You:

You have at least GCE 'O' Level Certificate
You are able to communicate fluent in both English & Mandarin as need to communicate with China vendors
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words & Power Point
You are patient, observant and customer service oriented
You are flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
You are a team player, and always put customer's and company interest first
You have at least 2 years' experience in customer service or related field
You are motived individual that like to explore new thing and learn new skills
