Senior Finance Executive - Finance

. For a medium size 20-35 mil p.a. Singapore HQ based IT Services Company

Job Description

1) Handles full set of monthly accounts for Delteq Group which includes:

• Process suppliers' invoices and manage AP function
• Monitoring AR aging report on a weekly basis
• Prepare journals for monthly management accounts
• Prepare accounting schedules for month end report and year-end finalisation/audit purpose
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST submission
• Assist in the external year end audit, liaising with external auditors
• Assist in preparing documents required for annual tax return and estimated chargeable income (ECI) submission, liaising with tax agents

2) Ensure compliance with Company's transaction approval policies such as order processing and payment processing

3) Treasury role on updating daily cash book

4) Other ad-hoc duties such as banking matters

5) Handle the vendor relations on finance side and full cycle of payments.

6) handle the banking relationships for the company.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in full sets of accounts
• Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Meticulous with an eye for details and accuracy
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, positive working attitude
• Able to multitask and work under tight timeline
• Experience in Navision would be an added advantage
