    Job Description & Requirements

    Executive assistant, Payroll Accounts and Admins

    Immediate position Permanent.

    We are a Cleaning Company looking for Payroll Accounts Staff who are friendly and able to speak chinese to telephone communicate with our staff (cleaners) who are mostly elderly.

    Range of offer: $3,200 to $3,500 per month

    Yearly performance bonus (based on performance)

    Job responsibilities:


    • Finance

    Preparation/application/submit of financial statements including tax and GST

    Data entry

    AR and AP matters

    Supporting documents in auditing


    • Payroll- Support

    Handle CPF, FWL & yearly IR8A and other HR related matter= Support


    • Other duties

    Workman Injury Compensation Insurance / Public Liability / Fire yearly renewal

    Co-ordinate and liaise with consultant and auditors for yearly audit - ISO9000 &

    ISO45001


    • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
