Description:

We are seeking a Pro Housekeeper Supervisor to lead our pro housekeeping team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in housekeeping and supervisory experience, who excels in creating and maintaining high standards of home care and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team.
• Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance in advanced housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure quality and efficiency in home cleaning, meal preparation, pet care, nannying, organizing, and laundry tasks.
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems and schedules.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards.
• Handle administrative tasks related to staff scheduling and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a housekeeper with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
