    Description

    As the IT Support Executive, your role involves implementing IT operations, resolving IT issues for both System and User sides, and providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.



    Job Type: Full-Time

    Salary Range: SGD 4500

    Benefits: Annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave, AWS (13th-month pay), *bonus



    Job Scope:

    • To offer daily technical support to business end-users
    • Level 1 and Level 2 Support in Network, Servers, Printers, Computers, Wi-Fi, Software ERP, Telephone (VoIP)
    • Hardware Maintenance
    • Software Setup, Installation, Upgrade, and Upkeep
    • Computer Setup and Minor Repairs
    • Help-desk Phone Call Support
    • Coordinate end-user requirements
    • Engage with vendors and service providers
    • Familiarize yourself with business systems (back-end and mobile app), providing end-user support and training
    • IT Documentation
    • Server and file backup
    • Reporting to the IT Manager


    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in IT, Business IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 4 years of experience with desktop computers, laptops, servers, networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
    • Proficiency in Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, 2014, 2019*
    • Server management skills including Setup, Maintenance, Backup, FTP, etc.
    • Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
    • Experience in managing vendors, suppliers, and service providers
    • Passion for IT and technical support
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Keen to learn, hardworking, disciplined, and responsible
    • IT proficient
    • Immediate availability or short notice period for work commencement
    • Singaporean or Singapore PR
