Responsibilities:

Teach a variety of aerial and Pilates classes to clients of all levels and abilities, a minimum of 20 hours per week
Create safe, effective, and engaging class plans that align with the studio's mission and values
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth, community building, and overall wellbeing
Collaborate with other instructors, staff members, and management to promote studio events, programs, and initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio space, including equipment, props, and facilities
Attend regular staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching aerial and Pilates classes, 25 years preferred
Certification in Pilates Reformer/Trapeze Table and/or Aerial
Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for teaching and fitness
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
