Description

They are looking for someone who is highly skilled and experienced with outdoor blinds, aluminium windows and door industry, aiming to increase productivity and enhance customer home living experience.

You will provide technical guidance to our fabrication and installation teams.

You will be responsible for the technical excellence of our fabrication and installation activities, which includes:

Assess and audit workflow for production and installation; to derive improvements on safety, efficiency and workmanship.
Developing new options for motorising our products and integration with smart home systems.
Inspect and assess our ecosystem of installers.
Develop and implement innovative solutions based on each commercial project's needs.
Incorporate workflows with new systems.

Requirements:

Technical experience in fabrication and/or installation activities involving aluminum products and glass products for windows, balconies and outdoor spaces.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Organisation skill, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Critical problemsolving skill by analysing the issues and provide innovative and practical solutions.
Applicants with relevant industry experience and/or relevant areas of study (Interior Design / Architecture / Engineering) are welcome.
