Sales Manager (Corporate

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the incumbent is responsible for:
Manage portfolio of accounts in the assigned corporate / leisure segments with the objective of generating the budgeted occupancy and average room rate for the hotel

Develop new accounts while maintaining the current accounts

Assist in achieving revenue goals, guest satisfaction and overseeing the financial performance of the department

Assist in building and maintaining contact with all clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction

Identify major prospects and formulate action plans & sales strategy aimed at servicing and converting potentials to clients

Continuously seek opportunities for business & acquisitions within their portfolio

Monitor market trends, paying attention to yield management


Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management / Sales & Marketing Management or equivalent

At least 2 years of Sales experience in the Hospitality Industry

Proven track record and good network of clientele

Result-driven individual with excellent PR, communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical problem solving skills with an innovative approach in providing solutions

Pro-active team player
