Riverdale Assets Pte Ltd, an innovative and dynamic fund management company in the process of obtaining a CMS license, is looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical team.

Job Responsibilities:

Work Content Description: Lead the development and execution of the company's technological roadmap, influencing our tech decisions and procedures.

Network Security: Design, implement, and manage robust network security measures, ensuring the utmost data protection and compliance with regulatory standards.

Network Education: Develop and execute tech education programs to enhance tech literacy within the organization, promoting a tech-forward culture.

Data Center Establishment: Oversee planning, design, and construction of data centers to guarantee optimal uptime and operational efficiency.

Quantitative Trading System Development: Design, implement, and manage a sophisticated quantitative trading system in alignment with our business model and investment strategies.

IT Maintenance: Be responsible for daily IT operations, including troubleshooting, system updates, and preventive maintenance, to ensure the reliability of our trading system.


Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and system architecture, ideally within the financial sector.
• Solid foundation in programming with the ability to solve complex software problems.
• Familiarity with the financial market and understanding of financial concepts.
• Prior experience in a significant technical leadership role, such as CTO or Technical Cofounder, in a techcentric company is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead highperforming technical teams.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Salary & Benefits:
The remuneration for this position ranges between SGD 9,000 to SGD 13,000 per month, depending on experience
