Description

NAEUM Restaurant Group operates NAEUM, a 1 Michelin starred restaurant in Telok Ayer Street serving contemporary Seoul cuisine.

We are looking to expand into a new concept in 2023 and we are actively looking for pre-open team members to join us.

In particular, we are looking for a Head Chef to partner with us in this new & exciting journey

Requirements:

Proven experience in menu design and R&D
Strong managerial, leadership, and organizational skills with proven experience of managing a team previously
Experience in handling food costing and managing restaurant inventories

- previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role in a reputable hotel or other fine-dining establishments, at least 2 years
- prior pre-opening of restaurant experience a strong bonus

At least 6 years of total Back of House experience in F&B
Languages: strong command of spoken and written English, knowledge of Korean a bonus
