- To provide support and input to the recruitment cycle, including processing applications, assessment and selection, and the onboarding and induction of new staff.
- Responsible for recruitment administration, including screening applicaitons and assisting with the organizing of interviews and liasing with candidates.
- Responsible for attendance management and maintaining smooth offboarding process.
- Responsible for monthly statistic and reporting of various HR-related reports, etc: compensaion and performance (KPI).
- To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
- Responsible for company administration work.
- Organize team building activities, festivals, and annual dinner.
- Responsible for receiving and sending parcel delivery, plant management, office supplies and company asset management.
- Record meeting minutes.
- Liase with property management and handle daily administravie expenses.
- To handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business or its other equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years's experience in human resources and administration.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and professional ethics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
