Based in MSC's Singapore Regional Office, the Corporate/Key Account Management Team is responsible for directly driving the commercial performances of core clients.

In this position, the incumbent will have opportunities to display their abilities, acquire skills and knowledge in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities
You have the ownership and responsibility of driving assigned Corporate/Key Client's performances.

  • Together with Head of Corporate Account Team, to develop strategies and growth plans
  • Recommend service enhancements and/or service deficiencies to enhance service capabilities
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to upkeep service line agreements with clients
  • Actively using Microsoft power bi tools or/an analytical tool to monitor performances and business expectations
  • Crosssell MSC's diverse digital and service products
  • Prepare and present business propositions
  • Manage and distribution of service contracts
  • Support MSC's internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Achieve commitment targets set by management
  • At least degree holder
  • At least 2 years' experience in Key client relationship management (preferred)
