    For more information, please ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDrive a performance-based environment by pulling existing or/and new data insights translating into simple and understandable KPI-dashboard for global benchmarking purpose, towards data sharing transparency, decision making and as well, building continuous improvement behaviour.

    Develop a comprehensive and proactive planning with relevant cross functional teams which ultimately embeds a thriving operational data culture and increased data maturity within various business units.

    Work with core team and key stakeholders to transform into a data-led, evidence-based culture, as well as being able to present these key concepts to business leaders and working colleagues.

    To devise and implement metrics and reports to monitor teams' KPIs and data quality, monitor progress/trends and provide regular reports to the Senior Leadership Team.

    To implement remedial action or new programmes to address issues identified through the monitoring of metrics. dig into complex datasets, models, and databases to extract meaningful information.
    Drive clear and informative dashboards and reports using KPIs for global benchmarking and transparency. Also champion the use of data visualization tools to tell data stories that inspire positive behavioural changes.
    Build strong relationships with data providers and stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
    To oversee the programme of regular reporting on Business Units and their metrics, goals and KPIs.

    To oversee data relevant projects in its implementation and integration of various data sources, ensuring that users are trained, procedural documents are updated, and data is structured appropriately to maximise data analytics capabilities.

    Key RequirementsKEY REQUIREMENTSA Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus) with a passion for performance managementExperience in performance analysis utilizing varied and complex datasets and undertaking complex scenario planning and reviewExperience in analysing and interpreting high-level strategies to a wider group of audience and working level staffA sound understanding of strategic planning and monitoring, including the use of performance indicatorsA proven track record of using data to drive positive change and achieve results.
