Description

The Legal Trainee will be part of the Amundi South Asia legal department and will generally assist the team in legal research and administration, as well as review and negotiation of documents applicable to AMUNDI's operations in the South Asia region.

Responsibilities

He/She will support the team in:

Conducting legal research on various matters of laws as well as administrative matters for the legal department.
Drafting and reviewing all legal documents of Amundi South Asia in accordance with Amundi Legal Business Line Policy, including but not limited to:
Investment Management Agreements
Distribution/ Placement Agreements
Other Corporate Agreements
Other Initiatives
Providing corporate secretarial support for Singapore offices, and overseeing corporate secretarial for other South Asia offices.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Law.
Detailed and possess a cando attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
Strong verbal and writing skills
