You will be responsible:

• For allcustomers enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-goingcustomer relationship management.
• To deliverexcellent level of customer service to maximize sales, customersatisfaction and retention
• To developrelationships with customers to maximize sales potential and ensuretotal customers satisfaction

Your day to dayactivities

• Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met andexceeded
• Be the key contact point to allcustomers. Deliver fantastic service and sell to new and existingcustomers using Telephone as the main medium of contact, apart fromemail and live chats
• Manage all incomingcalls for pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer serviceenquiries and requests
• Perform outboundfollow up calls to customer to deepen relationship, cross-sell,upsells our products and services

JobRequirements

• GeneralInsurance certification would be an advantage. If you do notpossess the certification, you must be prepared to take therequired insurance tests to be a certified insuranceprofessional.
• Customer service and salesexperience would be ideal.
