- Fabricating and optimizing ceramic hollow fiber membranes
- Performing membrane surface modifications
- Membrane characterization and NF separation performance evaluations
- Exploring applicability potential of the as-developed membranes in strongly acidic wastewaters or organic solvents application
- PhD from a reputable university in the field of chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or other related disciplines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong initiatives
- Good communication, interpersonal and oral presentation skills
- Good experimental skills for separation membrane fabrication and modification
- Good knowledge of membrane science and technology
- Good writing skills for proposal and report writing and track record of publication in good academic journals
