Work Schedule:


  • Workdays: 5 days per week
Weekly Hours: 44 hours (overtime payable)

Responsibilities:

Warm Welcome:Greet and welcome guests with a genuine smile, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

Queue Management:Efficiently manage customer queues to optimize the dining experience, ensuring guests are seated promptly and comfortably.

Order Processing:Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system adeptly to process orders swiftly and accurately, ensuring seamless service.

Exceptional Service:Provide exemplary food and beverage service, consistently exceeding guest expectations to enhance their dining experience.

Customer Support:Address customer inquiries promptly and courteously, offering accurate information and assistance as required.

Hygiene Standards:Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant premises at all times, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests and staff.

Inventory Management:Assist in monitoring and restocking inventory to facilitate smooth operations and minimize disruptions.

Kitchen Support:Support chefs and cooks by assisting in ingredient preparation, ensuring efficiency in kitchen operations.
