Responsibilities:

Coordinate design for Mechanical, Electrical, Process (MEP)
To assist in achieving business Objectives & Goals
To manage MEP team & MEP subcons for design, construction progress, and quality.
Execute, monitor, and ensure the timely completion of the project
Liaise with Client / Consultant Representatives on project & design matters and constantly alignment of timeline to meet milestones.
Ensure all contractual requirements and project specifications comply with agreed procedures.
Keeping track of variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Director.
Implement cost control measures to meet the project budget.
Coordinate with MEP/QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of the project to meet customer requirements.
Check for quality of work according to specifications and requirements.
Maintain inspection records of works, materials, and all completed works.
To lead and manage the testing & commissioning of MEP systems in meeting all contractual and authorities requirements for TOP and Handing Over.
Ensure proactive measures are adopted for issues relating to quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety.
Review project specifications, technical clarification, and construction drawings, and identify discrepancies with resolution.
Ensure good M&E Model and Drawings management and control of M&E documentation /fitting on site.
Ensure timely production and submission of quality M&E shop drawings, material submission, method statements, asbuilt drawings/model, operation and maintenance manual, etc. including obtaining approval and acceptance from the Client/Consultant

Job specifications

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other buildingrelated disciplines
815 years of experience in building and construction projects
Experience in Process Plant work is preferred.
Works on 5.5 days alternate Saturdays( or 2 Saturdays in a month)
