Job description
Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
Managing projects with customers and plan out schedules for projects
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Post sales technical support for Panasonic range of products
Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
Help in researching and developing new products and train internal sales team
Conduct visits with existing customers for new requirement
Manage product warranty and service defect ratio
Arrange and provide service training to business partners
Collaborate with product team and factory in addressing product quality issues and customer feedbacks
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering
- 3 years of experiences in electronics pre/postsales support in B2B industry
- Good knowledge in IP Networking
- Customer focus and able to handle customer queries confidently
- Team player and good at prioritizing tasks
- Able to travel for regional supporting role
