Job Description:

As a Sales & Event / Marketing Officers at Snow City Singapore, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our unique winter-themed attraction.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract visitors, increase brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets.

This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive visitor footfall and revenue growth.
• Identify target markets and segments, and create targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, and print materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other potential partners to drive group bookings and collaborations.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing techniques to ensure Snow City Singapore remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven one (1) year experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the tourism or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
• A passion for the tourism and entertainment industry, with a keen interest in winter-themed attractions.
