1. To assist in the planning, co-ordination and implementation of programmes undertaken by the Charity

  • To have an oversight of all programmes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Ensure delivery of programmes that impact our beneficiaries and key stakeholders, including evaluation of their effectiveness
  • Actively engage with volunteers, partnering agencies to build strong collaborations
  • Train and develop youth mentors
  • Establish annual budget and operating plan and ensure program cost are within budget.
