    Description
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Project Manager. As a key member of IT team, the Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, stability, and performance of our client's IT infrastructure.

    Mandatory Skill-set
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience;
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and vulnerability patch management;
    • Experience with ITSM / ITIL methodologies;
    • Demonstrated leadership with experience in managing people in multiple stakeholders;
    • Strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks as projects, ensuring completion to meet deadlines;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details, and the ability to work independently;
    • Excellent attention to detail on multiple simultaneous tasks;
    • Strong facilitation and executive communication (written & verbal) skills required, excellent verbal presentation skills;
    Desired Skill-set
    • Relevant certifications in PMP / Prince2 / ITIL/ ITSM;
    • Any scripting or automation tools for streamlining patch management processes;
    Responsibilities
    • Oversee the vulnerability patch management process for security, stability, and performance of services;
    • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to foster a common understanding, reach consensus, and gather requirements for effective project communication;
    • Report risks and issues promptly, with clear ownership and action plans for mitigation and resolution, while overseeing day-to-day IT Patch Management team operations;
    • Plan and coordinate patch deployment with vendors, establishing schedules and monitoring progress across infrastructure and applications;
    • Evaluate patch criticality, impact, and compatibility with application systems, staying updated on software vulnerabilities and releases;
    • Coordinate with IT teams for thorough patch testing in controlled environments, addressing functionality, compatibility, and potential conflicts;
    • Collaborate with information security teams to identify vulnerabilities, prioritize patches, and implement proactive vulnerability scanning tools;
    • Review reports on patch management activities, compliance status, and key performance indicators for management review;
    • Collaborate with incident management teams to address security incidents, develop response plans, and participate in investigations;
    • Supervise IT Patch Management team activities, ensuring efficient work in compliance with policies, processes, and procedures.
