**THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.

You will be part of the team responsible for conceptualising, designing, executing, facilitating and managing National Education (NE) Secondary & Post-Secondary Educational Institutes programmes for the entities managed by the Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

You will also plan and provide coordination to ensure in-centre, outreach and virtual programmes run smoothly and seamlessly while aligning with DCS's goal and objectives.

This position will report directly to Head of Secondary & PSEI School Programmes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement National Education (NE) programmes for large scale NE Commemorative events and smaller classbased school learning journeys;
Provide support to teams within School Programmes on key NE events;
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including delivery reports, NE surveys, visitorship analysis and review action plans;
Work closely with Sales team to promote NE programmes to target audience;
Liaise with vendors in procuring goods and services for programme execution; and
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Arts & Social Sciences (majoring in Humanities or Public Policy) / Postgraduate Diploma in Education (MOE) would be advantageous;
1 to 2 years' experience organising and delivering events or programmes (curriculumbased, sports, leadership, arts, etc.);
Experience in Secondary/PSEI education preferred;
Able to demonstrate excellent problemsolving and analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills;
Excellent team player, motivated, takes initiative and able to work flexible hours when required;
Able to multitask and handle tight deadlines;
Good command of spoken and written English;
Good project management skills
