    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:We are seeking an IT Support Technician specializing in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CRM platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach to support clients and internal users.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide technical support for CRM systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system maintenance.
    2. Collaborate with users to understand and address CRM-related requirements, configurations, and customizations.
    3. Configure, customize, and optimize CRM systems to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
    4. Conduct system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other business applications.
    5. Develop and maintain CRM documentation, training materials, and user guides.
    6. Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security controls.
    7. Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and data analysis activities.
    8. Coordinate with CRM vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on system enhancements and projects.
    9. Provide training and support to users on CRM functionality, workflows, and best practices.
    10. Stay current with CRM industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role with CRM system expertise.
    2. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Zoho CRM.
    3. Experience in CRM configuration, customization, and administration.
    4. Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
    5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    7. IT certifications related to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
    8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
