Description
As an intern, you will support the Shared Admin Services team in the following:

  • Daily update for staff re-time and change of shifts, as well as uploading and roll out of Weekly/Monthly staff shift rosters
  • Manage and update staff absences and payment matters
  • Handle Flexi workers scheduling in MYSATS+ App and update in the Work Force Plus system
  • Conduct briefings for new staff
  • Issue uniform entitlement to new staff, as well as wear and tear replacement for adhoc /special cases/annual issuance
  • Register staff fingerprint for Time and Attendance Management system
  • Manage terminal assignment for staff
  • Liaison for medical review request and arrangement with Raffles Medical Group Clinic
  • Audit management and accurate scanning and filing of documents
  • SOP and workflow process updates

Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources or related fields
  • Immediate starters who are able to commit a minimum of 3 months preferred
