Intern, Shared Admin Services - Singapore - SATS LTD.
Description
As an intern, you will support the Shared Admin Services team in the following:- Daily update for staff re-time and change of shifts, as well as uploading and roll out of Weekly/Monthly staff shift rosters
- Manage and update staff absences and payment matters
- Handle Flexi workers scheduling in MYSATS+ App and update in the Work Force Plus system
- Conduct briefings for new staff
- Issue uniform entitlement to new staff, as well as wear and tear replacement for adhoc /special cases/annual issuance
- Register staff fingerprint for Time and Attendance Management system
- Manage terminal assignment for staff
- Liaison for medical review request and arrangement with Raffles Medical Group Clinic
- Audit management and accurate scanning and filing of documents
- SOP and workflow process updates
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources or related fields
- Immediate starters who are able to commit a minimum of 3 months preferred
