The Sales Executive:


  • Corporate **is responsible for the execution of all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in his / her specific area of responsibility to achieve the overall revenue of the hotel. The incumbent also drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Our Expectations:


  • Actively supervises the management of accounts based on the assigned portfolio. Closely monitor accounts revenue and business production for the owned portfolio.
  • Solicit and generate new accounts, group meetings and catering leads and work closely with the Catering Sales and Event Services to convert these leads.
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify opportunities and revenue generation from the specific accounts
  • Proactively seek indepth knowledge of accounts own to understand its total revenue impact on the hotel for better negotiation opportunities.
  • Close communications with clients to maintain high level of hotel's exposure in his / her key feeder markets
  • Proactively participate in daily morning briefing, weekly sales meeting and sales strategy meeting.
  • Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
  • Gains understanding of the property's primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution both prior to, and during the event.
  • Monitor the effective resolution of guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process by creating mechanisms to channel issues to property leadership and/or other appropriate stakeholders.
We are looking for a self-motivated 'hunter' with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen.

You should have an eye for detail yet creative and nimble with ability to adapt to ever changing requirements and needs of customers.
