Job Position:
Customer Service Executive


Job Details:


  • Provide assistance to the Operations Team by ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Assist in scheduling of customers' installations and repairs.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as generating invoices,
  • Any other adhoc tasks or projects.

Job Requirements:


  • Customer oriented, and positive work attitude. Able to stay calm when customers are stressed and upset.
years customer service experience.

  • Tech savvy
  • Basic command of english and/or chinese
  • Motivated and willing to learn
  • Team player with great adaptability
  • Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting startup environment

Other information:


  • OT : Required if there is work to be done.
  • No 13month salary, only annual performance bonus
- working hours: 12 pm - 9 pm, 1 hour break

working days:
Tuesday - Saturday

  • Public holiday: Extra day salary or off in lieu
  • Location: Pandan crescent (Warehouse)
