Job Position:
Customer Service Executive
Job Details:
- Provide assistance to the Operations Team by ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist in scheduling of customers' installations and repairs.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as generating invoices,
- Any other adhoc tasks or projects.
Job Requirements:
- Customer oriented, and positive work attitude. Able to stay calm when customers are stressed and upset.
- Tech savvy
- Basic command of english and/or chinese
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Team player with great adaptability
- Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting startup environment
Other information:
- OT : Required if there is work to be done.
- No 13month salary, only annual performance bonus
working days:
Tuesday - Saturday
- Public holiday: Extra day salary or off in lieu
- Location: Pandan crescent (Warehouse)
