Description
PMO Analyst- Financial Analyst
- SME in contract lifecycle management workflow and systems, including risk and governance processes (e.g. RFx, CMP, ORR) within the dept
- Requirements:
- Tertiary education, with at least 2 years' experience on project financial reporting
- Preferably with some working experience on procurementrelated / contractual matters in a technology setting
- Any risk is mitigated and/or managed in timely fashion,
- Contract Owner is not disadvantaged by any of the clauses
- Internal/external regulatory and governance processes are complied with
- Highly organized, meticulous, detailed oriented with a good aptitude for numbers and strong analytical skills, and comfortable working with sensitive data
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to function independently and effectively in a selfdirected environment
- Must be firm and be able to communicate with senior managers on concerns or raise issues in an appropriate manner
- Experience in using Coupa or any procurement system would be advantageous
- Familiarity with project financials advantageous
