Description
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Developing longterm business plans based on these reports
- Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
- Developing financial statements, reporting financial status to shareholders
- Liaising with external auditors; company secretary and tax agents
- Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
- Overseas Creditors, Debtors aging
- Cash flow management
- Assist in bank reconciliations
- Assist in the quarterly GST submissions, tax filings
- Knowledge with MYOB will be an advantage
Requirements:
- A degree and several years' experience in the Finance and Accounting field will be required to succeed in a Finance Manager role.
- 23 year's accounting experience on retail
- Can start immediate or with short notice
- An analytical mind
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (oral and written) to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates
