    Roles & Responsibilities:

    · As a Business Development Manager specializing in Energy Storage Systems for Commercial Electric Vehicles, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Durapower's footprint in various segments, including Automotive Buses, Autonomous Guided Vehicles, Cranes, and Port Equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

    · Make use of market research and competitive analysis in segments mainly on Commercial Electric Vehicles (CEV), Heavy Duty Applications, Marine, Harbour Operations, Energy Infrastructure, Microgrids, Commercial and Industrial, Residential, Telecom, and UPS.

    · Stay abreast of emerging segments, international regulations, and industry trends, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region.

    · Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with international partners.

    · Contribute to product strategies aligned with market demands and trends.

    · Work closely with System Engineers & Project Management efforts for strategic initiatives.

    · Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

    · Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketing functions to drive growth.

    · Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Commercial Sales Acumen.

    · 5-15 years of experience in strategy, technical sales, or consulting.

    · Preference for candidates with project sales pursuit capabilities and segment-specific experience in Commercial Electric Vehicles, Energy Storage Systems/Stationary projects, power conversion, or battery/energy management systems.

    · Experience working collaboratively with diverse cultures.

    · Travel may be up to 25%.

    Commercial-Techno Expertise

    · Commercial Electric Vehicle (CEV) in APAC Sales fundamentals and project pursuits and secondary sales development for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) with lithium-ion battery.

    · Other than Sales, active participation on know-how on proposal process and integration of battery cells, battery modular systems packs to system integration with other Electrical / Electronics subcomponents and monitoring systems.

    · Participate in protecting and construing contractual obligations on commissioning and maintenance support of battery storage in project applications know-how.
