Description

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Communications Executive to support the development and implementation of SDSC's communications strategies and enhance our corporate image through various engagements and programs.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Communications & Engagement:


  • Strengthen the brand by managing identity and designing promotional materials and brand collateral such as event backdrops, merchandise, brochures, newsletters, and annual reports.
  • Develop content and design for corporate websites and social media platforms to ensure functionality and broad reach.
  • Provide input and coordinate the implementation of marketing and communications initiatives, including SEO campaigns, multimedia marketing, and storytelling.
  • Track and report media coverage and social media reach.
  • Procure and manage photography and videography services and archival.
  • Coordinate engagements and interviews with athletes to promote brand ambassadorship.
  • Organize public and corporate outreach activities, as well as internal workshops for athletes. Support crisis communications when necessary

Development & Fundraising:


  • Support fundraising campaigns and events. Collate and report on grants, sponsorships, and donations.

General:


  • Source and procure services and products needed by the Communications team.
  • Work with external stakeholders to provide support for the team, such as editorial, photography, video production.
  • Prepare and submit periodic team impact reports supported by analytics and statistics. Perform any other duties as directed by the Executive Director or the Board.
  • Approachable, driven, efficient, creative, and resourceful.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, or Wix websites is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and after office hours when necessary.
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome.
