Your Role:

As an IT Business Analyst (SWIFT), you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our SWIFT Alliance infrastructure and optimizing its capabilities.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory demands. Your expertise will guide us in achieving operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Lead project management and change initiatives by defining requirements, designing solutions, overseeing implementation, conducting testing, and managing user acceptance.
Drive system integration testing, regression testing, and user training, ensuring the successful deployment of new functionalities.
Manage Unix and Windows environments, collaborating with infrastructure teams for technical topics and coordination.
Provide Level 3 support for incident and problem management, ensuring swift troubleshooting, recovery, and permanent fixes.

Requirements:

Proficiency in SWIFT products, including
_Swift Alliance Access, Swift Integrated Layer _, and related tools.
Strong knowledge of SWIFT message standards such as
_FIN, InterAct, FileAct, and ISO standards 15022 and _:
Familiarity with industry tools for project management, reporting, and change control.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and provide valuable contributions to steering committees.
Flexibility to occasionally support production deployment and maintenance during evenings or weekends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in SWIFT solutions architecture, implementation, and support.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
