Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Customer and Vendor Success to work with both the software vendors we represent across the Region and their customers.

We are a newly formed company based in Singapore therefore, this role is based in Singapore.

Significant Previous Experience in the following.

• Customer success management across the APAC region - Mandatory.
• SaaS Software development and/or localisation - Mandatory
• SaaS Software Sales support - Preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working across different countries and cultures.
• Ability to manage customers/vendors' stressful circumstances.
• Strong technical background in SaaS delivery.
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong work ethic.

Remuneration

The role has a low base salary, but there is a significant upside from a bonus plan.
