Roles & Responsibilities1 Minimum Diploma in any field.
2 Punctual, reliable and agile with the ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment
3 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is a must. Familiar with Sage ERP (ACCPAC) will be an advantage
4 Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the area of backend operation or in other administrative positions
5 Must be willing to put in extra hours (if required) to meet tight datelines
6 Excellent communications skills in English, both oral and written is a must.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Processing orders by keying into company system and ensure timely invoicing of all orders.
2 Updating back order report, ad hoc internal company billing
3 Coordinate shipments with clients, and handle any issues or discrepancies that arise
4 Raising and processing orders to vendors and create GRN for stock receiving
5 Communicate delivery updates with internal sales team and partners
6 Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work
7 Follow-ups and follow-throughs with team members, vendors and other external agencies as informed
8 Assisting customers with general inquiries and re-route them to the respective person in charge or department
