Requirements & Responbility
The M&A, Strategy & Corporate Development is an active contributor for the following aspects:
Evaluate & Source for growth and business development opportunities for the firm's current and potential businesses

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)/ Investments

Lead the process from deal generation to execution

Strategic Planning & Governance:
Work with leadership team and business units to develop successful strategies

More than 15 years in Corporate Development, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Investment Banking including at least 5 years in Management Consulting

Demonstrated track record of leading corporate transactions - acquisitions / disposals, public and private markets, equity and debt transactions, JV/Partnership arrangements

Advanced knowledge of mathematics; strong analytical skills, fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation and broad quantitative analyses and familiarity with accounting & key operational metrics;
Familiar with electronic market trading and market forecasting software programs; extensive understanding of financial business law, company acquisitions strategies, and the acquisition and merger processes;

Team leader and player; self-starter; results-oriented; 'can do' attitude; hands-on approach who is able to work with virtual, global & cross-functional teams.
