Product Engineer - Singapore - RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsible for product engineering projects for IC products across all phases of product development and manufacturing.- Coordinate new product introduction schedule and activities, and crossfunctional issues throughout the product life cycle.
- Run activities with testing, packaging, and assembly subcontractors to define and design IC Package and assemble process.
Requirements:
- Degree in Device Physics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- At least 4 years of
Product Engineering experience in
IC manufacturing, Automotive IC production/qualification**: - Knowledge in
Tape-out procedure, CMOS device, and IC process and in
yield analysis, yield improvement, and failure analysis.
