    [What the role is]

    We are seeking a skilled Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Financial Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of financial reporting tasks, including month-end and year-end closing activities, accounts reconciliation, and audit schedule review. Additionally, this role involves presenting financials to management, managing financial audits, and overseeing subsidiary accounts.

    [What you will be working on]

    1. Perform month-end and year-end financial reporting activities, including accounts reconciliation and audit schedule review.

    2. Present financial reports to management.

    3. Coordinate and manage financial audits, including the preparation and review of statutory financial statements.

    4. Oversee the financial activities of subsidiary accounts.

    5. Conduct quarterly GST reporting and analysis.

    6. Prepare financial statistics surveys and handle statutory submissions or requests from government agencies as necessary.

    7. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with statutes, policies, and accounting standards.

    8. Assist in system implementation, data analytics, and process streamlining initiatives.

    9. Undertake other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

    [What we are looking for]

    1. Qualification in Accountancy or its related disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

    2. Demonstrated expertise as an accountant and auditor, with proficiency in Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs).

    3. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

    4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    5. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

    6. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and systematic approach to work.

    7. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
